Mixed greens with your choice of proteins, dressings and toppings all served on the side so folks can build their own salad. Comes with our elote or esquite Mexican corn, plus tortilla chips, fresh salsa and your choice of queso or guacamole dip. Optional starters and beverages are available.

Prepared buffet style and packaged in disposable, oven-ready trays and plastic containers for easy setup at your location. Requires 1 hour to prepare for self-pick up or 48 hours notice for delivery. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible.
